Charity Shop

Our Charity Shop is on Topsham Fore Street. EX3 0HQ

Charity Shop  opening hours Monday-Friday 9.30am to 3.30pm and Saturdays 9am-1.30pm. 

We accept good quality donations of clothes, shoes, hats, handbags, books, children’s toys,  DVD's, CD's & Jewellery

Funds raised through our Charity Shops made up 20% of our total income.

By making quality donations and shopping at our Charity Shop, you are supporting an important local charity, doing your bit for the environment and hopefully having fun as well.

Thank you for your support and please remember to gift aid your donations as every penny helps.

Please note the following - regarding our current rules for dontions.

Items we can accept:                                                                                                                              

  • Good quality clothes, shoes, hats and handbags 
  • Good quality books
  • Good quality craft items 
  • Childrens toys
  • Jewellery
  • DVD/CDCs

Items we cant accept:

  • Poor quality clothes, shoes, hats and handbags 
  • Bric a Brac/ house hold items 
  • Electrical items 
  • Bedding/pillows/cushions/curtains and blinds
  • Cycle/Bike Helmets 
  • Any sharp items like knives and tools 

This is to regulate the volume, quality and quanity through our doors at Nancy Potter House and please do not leave any items on our doorsteps especially 

at our shop. Items will need to be handed to a member of staff at Reception and maybe inspected before accepting.
