Room Hires
Nancy Potter House is our bright and spacious disabled access Friendly community venue in the heart of Topsham.
We have a selection of rooms available for hire throughout our building in which we can accommodate for meetings, special events, social groups, kids activities, office hires as well as a lovely sized exercise room perfect for yoga, pilates, childrens parties, art classes or general relaxing / exercise classes.
Rooms vary from being large and accommodating up to 100 people or smaller rooms hosting up to 4 people.
We also have the patio area outside of the cafe, which can be hired for those wonderful summer BBQ evenings/Parties.
We also host and accommodate for many committee meetings for local businesses, a venue to celebrate an anniversaries, birthdays, as well as many wakes.
We also have a treatment room available to hire on selected week days... again perfect for a nails salon or a massage room.

All refreshments are freshly prepared on-site in The Bradbury Café.
We also have free-to-use WIFI throughout Nancy Potter House.
Did you know......?! We offer a photocopier and print service on-site, provide a hearing loop, have dementia friendly signage, braille signage and are able to offer stoma friendly disabled access toilets with not only baby changing facilities but also an adults changing facility.
